4. Heat 2-3 Tbsp oil in pan. Add the mixture to pan and spread it. Let it cook from one side. When it gets cooked from one side. Fold it from one side and then from other side. So that it appears in rectangular shape..
5. Cook it well. Then cut it from sides to give it appearence of a fish. Use green part of spring onion to show the fins of fish and use any red pepper or any item available for showing its eye..
