- Then in another pan, heat 1 tablespoon ghee. Then add cumin seeds, 1/2 portion of each the whole spices and combine well. Then add chopped onion and fry well. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry well..
- Then add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and spice powders as per taste. Then add the curd and mix well. Sprinkle some water, cover and cook till the mixture is soft and aromatic.
