  13. {Prepare of Eggs (Large): Well whisked.

Steps to make Fish Omelette:

  1. Take the fish darnes- clean, put some salt & vinegar and soak the same in it for at least 5-6 hrs time (overnight is best), placing a cover on it...then, pressure cook it with 2 whistles & allow it to cool down & then de-bone & shred it, once cooled down.
  2. Now, take a frying pan: pour in the oil- add in the chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes (optional) & rest all the aforementioned Dry Masala ingredients & salt & sauté the already boiled & shredded fish in it until it’s raw and fishy smell oozes out.
  3. Add in the Cardamom or Garam Masala Powder & Bhuna Masala Powder & keep sautéing for about at least 15-18 mins time & put off the flame when done & keep aside.
  4. In a bowl : Break the 2 Eggs & whisk it well enough & then, add in it the mentioned measured veggies- As in, the Chopped Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Chilli-Tomato Ketchup, Milk, A pinch of Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder & give a nice mix to all that until well combined.
  5. Mix the sautéed Fish Preparation to this batter & give it a final good mix till everything’s well incorporated and now, take a frying pan over a medium heat:.
  6. Add in some oil, pour in this batter to it, once the pan’s heated up & cover its lid & allow it to cook for about 2-3 mins, flip it onto its other side as well & cook similarly- each sides (You can cook the entire batter in 2-3 batches as well, making comparatively smaller sized omelettes).
  7. Give it a fold to your choice or keep it- as is, in its round shape & dish out...Serve Hot with Bread Parathas or simply grab it- Just like that...immensely delectable & quite filling it is, for the sure thing on earth.
